Dedicated, strategic investments in the form of reliable, long-term contracts for STE are required to help make Europe less dependent on energy imports.
STE support should come from a well-coordinated combination of sources: renewable energy support, strategic energy security investments, cohesion funds, as well as resources for development and cooperation.
